The Therapeutic Health Institute is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team on a full-time basis. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Provide consultation for crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and prepare documentation as required by state regulations and agency standards.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to inform treatment and support the clinical team in delivering high-quality care.
• Collaborate with your colleagues to create and implement positive behavior support plans that enhance client outcomes.
• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold high standards of clinical excellence.
• Engage with relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to enhance service delivery and resource availability.
• Create and maintain effective communication with stakeholders to promote the agency’s mission and uphold contract standards.
• Establish and nurture relationships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to foster partnerships and funding opportunities.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, including attending conferences and representing the organization at statewide meetings.
• Embrace and promote the mission, values, philosophy, and principles of the Therapeutic Health Institute.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to ensure the smooth operation of services.

The clients you will serve range from children to adults seeking assistance with mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, substance use issues, and other behavioral health concerns. Your work will directly affect these individuals' lives by helping them navigate their paths toward recovery and mental wellness.

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.
• Current Independent LMHC license issued by the state board, demonstrating your professional qualifications.
• Skills in maintaining clinical records, preparing reports, and working collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly and effectively.
• Strong judgment and decision-making abilities, informed by professional knowledge and ethical standards.

• Experience working in a clinical environment or setting, particularly with diverse populations and complex cases.
• Familiarity with implementing evidence-based interventions and best practices in mental health treatment.
• Experience in behavioral health crisis management and the development of personalized intervention plans.

We offer a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 85,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, employees may receive productivity bonuses based on performance and outcomes.
