  • Provide consultation for crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and prepare documentation as required by state regulations and agency standards.
  • Utilize evidence-based screening tools to inform treatment and support the clinical team in delivering high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with your colleagues to create and implement positive behavior support plans that enhance client outcomes.
  • Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold high standards of clinical excellence.
  • Engage with relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to enhance service delivery and resource availability.
  • Create and maintain effective communication with stakeholders to promote the agencyโ€™s mission and uphold contract standards.
