Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients experiencing mood disorders, assessing the intensity, frequency, and duration of their symptoms to inform treatment planning.
• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs, goals, and preferences, utilizing a client-centered approach.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate meaningful progress in clients' mental health journeys.
• Educate and empower clients and their families about mood disorders, helping them explore treatment options and develop effective self-care strategies.
• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and maintaining open lines of communication about their ongoing needs.
• Work integratively with psychiatrists and medical professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client health, addressing both mental and physical aspects.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in mood disorder research and treatment methodologies to enhance clinical practice.
• Ensure all client documentation is accurate, confidential, and compliant with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development sessions to share insights and improve collective knowledge.
• Advocate for clients by reducing mental health stigma and addressing individual needs within the context of recovery and rehabilitation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Therapeutic Health Institute serves a diverse population of clients who are navigating mood disorders. You will work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and other emotional challenges, providing them the necessary tools and support for recovery. Qualifications

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Empathy and nonjudgmental attitude towards clients' experiences are essential for effective therapy.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range between USD 90,000 and 100,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
