• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate mental and emotional well-being and identify clients' needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and client goals.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions for clients across various age groups, addressing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
• Lead couples therapy sessions to enhance relationship dynamics, improve communication, and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and interventions, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Adapt therapeutic strategies in response to clients' evolving needs and progress, regularly reviewing treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, working alongside other healthcare professionals to provide holistic patient care.
• Prepare for crisis intervention, providing immediate support during acute distress situations.
• Stay informed about the latest therapeutic techniques and best practices in the field of marriage and family therapy.

Your clientele will include teens, adults, and couples facing various mental health challenges. • Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the State Board is mandatory.
• Proven experience in providing individual and couples therapy.
• Experience working with clients across diverse age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults.
• Exceptional skills in conducting assessments and creating treatment plans, with a focus on delivering timely and effective therapy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to learn and operate within electronic health record systems efficiently.

• Experience using teletherapy platforms and remote counseling tools to engage clients effectively.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with healthcare teams for a holistic approach to client care.
