Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a personal caseload of clients while establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries.

  • Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs, ensuring a person-centered approach.
  • Accurately document client progress and maintain up-to-date records in compliance with all regulatory requirements.

  • Facilitate weekly individual therapy sessions, using evidence-based practices to support clients in their healing journeys.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in mental health counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
  • Current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) credential.

Compensation and Benefits
