Previous leadership experience within an RV or automotive dealership is required.
Leadership Opportunities
General Manager: Lead the overall success of an RV dealership by driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experience. You'll inspire your team, cultivate a winning culture, and oversee all areas of dealership performance.
Qualified candidates must have previous leadership experience within an RV or automotive dealership, with responsibility for dealership operations, financial performance, team development, and customer satisfaction.
General Sales Manager: Coach, mentor, and lead a championship-caliber sales team while driving revenue, accountability, and customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for an experienced dealership sales leader who thrives on developing people and building high-performing sales organizations.
Qualified candidates must have previous sales management experience within an RV or automotive dealership, including experience managing sales processes, performance expectations, lead management, and closing strategies.
Finance & Insurance Manager: Deliver exceptional customer experience by helping customers secure financing and protection products while maximizing dealership performance. Success in this role comes from building relationships, maintaining lender partnerships, ensuring compliance, and providing outstanding customer service.
Qualified candidates must have previous F&I management experience within an RV or automotive dealership, including experience with dealership financing, lender relationships, protection products, compliance, and deal documentation.
