As we scale, we are looking for a Technical Co-Founder with expertise in AI and blockchain to drive the development and innovation of our platform.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Technical Co-Founder/Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technical vision of FinFlow Corp. You will be responsible for building and scaling our blockchain platform, integrating AI capabilities to optimize financial transactions, and ensuring top‑notch security and transparency for our users. As part of the founding team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the product roadmap, overseeing the tech stack, and driving the company’s long‑term strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Blockchain Development: Lead the design and development of the blockchain‑based platform, ensuring secure, efficient, and transparent financial transactions.
  • AI Integration: Utilize AI and machine learning to enhance transaction efficiency, fraud detection, and predictive analytics.
  • Scalability and Security: Ensure the platform is built with scalability and security in mind, staying up to date with the latest advancements in blockchain and AI technologies.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a team of developers, creating a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Technical Strategy: Define and execute the technology strategy, aligning it with business goals and market needs.
  • Partnerships and Growth: Work closely with strategic partners, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to drive platform adoption and expansion.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a CTO, Technical Co-Founder, or Head of Technology with deep expertise in blockchain technology.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their application in financial services or blockchain platforms.
  • Hands‑on experience with blockchain frameworks (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger), smart contracts, and decentralized applications (dApps).
  • Knowledge of security best practices in blockchain and AI‑driven systems.
  • Experience leading a team of engineers and working in a fast‑paced startup environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
