Century Road Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team in a full-time, remote role. This position is designed for professionals with a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology, and valid licensure as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT. The ideal candidate will provide critical therapeutic services via teletherapy to a diverse clientele, contributing to improved mental health and well-being.

This fully remote position allows flexibility while ensuring that our therapists can maintain a healthy work-life balance. You'll have the advantage of working from home while accessing the support and structure we provide for mental health professionals. Our standard work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing you to design your daily schedule within those parameters. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, focusing on mood disorders like depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder.
• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients that outline clear goals and therapeutic interventions.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address mood disorders.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, available treatment options, and effective self-care practices.
• Monitor clients' progress through regular check-ins and adapt treatment plans to reflect their evolving needs.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and medical professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.
• Stay informed of the latest research and methodologies in treating mood disorders to enhance the quality of care provided.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of therapy sessions, adhering to legal and ethical documentation standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, team meetings, and case consultations.
• Act as an advocate for clients, working towards reducing stigma surrounding mental health and encouraging open discussions.

As a member of our team, you will focus on serving individuals struggling with mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Our clientele is diverse, encompassing various ages, backgrounds, and experiences. Your role will be vital in providing these individuals with the support and strategies they need to navigate their mental health journeys effectively.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas is required.
• Proven expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly CBT and DBT.
• Demonstrated understanding of psychopharmacology and the importance of medication management.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to create rapport with a diverse client base.

• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling settings is highly desirable.
• Background in community health or outpatient mental health services is a plus.
• Track record of successful client outcomes in treating mood disorders.

Compensation for this position is competitive, with a salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, reflective of your experience and qualifications.
