Century Road Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team in a full-time, remote role. This position is designed for professionals with a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology, and valid licensure as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT. Work Environment

This fully remote position allows flexibility while ensuring that our therapists can maintain a healthy work-life balance. You'll have the advantage of working from home while accessing the support and structure we provide for mental health professionals. Our standard work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing you to design your daily schedule within those parameters. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, focusing on mood disorders like depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients that outline clear goals and therapeutic interventions.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address mood disorders.

Qualifications
