Work Environment

This position is fully remote, reinforcing our commitment to providing a flexible work-life balance. Our work setting fosters a collaborative and supportive atmosphere among our team members, while allowing you to engage in meaningful interactions with clients through virtual platforms. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional evening and weekend shifts on a rotational basis to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the severity, frequency, and nature of clients' mood disorder symptoms.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, considering their unique goals, preferences, and needs.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address mood disorders effectively.
  • Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to foster better understanding and compliance.
  • Monitor client progress meticulously, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and feedback.
  • Engage in collaboration with psychiatrists and medical professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
