We are responsive, innovative, and deeply committed to our clients' success. As the Product Manager , you'll be the first point of contact for internal product activity—managing requests, coordinating teams, resolving issues, and supporting new product initiatives.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role in a collaborative manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Serve as the key contact for internal product requests from the commercial team. Facilitate cross-functional communication and updates.

Triage and track incoming product initiatives aligned with company goals. New Product Development Lead product initiatives from concept to launch. Partner with R&D on feasibility, specs, and cost/performance targets.

Coordinate with marketing, ops, and sales on GTM planning. Own the product roadmap and timeline tracking. Build and implement pricing strategies aligned with market dynamics and business goals.

Analyze margin performance and recommend profitability improvements. Collaborate with finance, supply chain, and sales to optimize cost structures. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, or related field.

3–7 years in product management (ideally in manufacturing, packaging, or a technical industry). Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing project timelines. Track record in product development and lifecycle ownership.

Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Self-starter with high energy.
