Job Summary

The Director, Product Education and Trainingis responsible fordeveloping and executing the global education strategy for Better Being Co's brands and products. This role leads the creation and delivery of training programs that build product knowledge, supportcommercialobjectives, and ensure consistent education across employees, partners, and customers globally.The Directorwill work closely with various departments to align training efforts with business goals, enhance employee performance, and support the organization's strategicobjectives.This role will focus on driving global learning initiatives, ensuring consistent and effective training delivery, and fostering a culture of continuous development.

Essential Functions

  • Global Training Strategy:Develop and implement a global training and education strategy that aligns with the organization's businessobjectivesand supports employee development across alllevels. Leadthe design, development, and delivery of innovative training programs, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across regions.
  • Curriculum Development:Oversee the creation and continuous improvement of training curricula, materials, and resources that address the specific needs of different departments and regions. Ensure that all training content is up-to-date, relevant, and reflective of the latest industry standards and best practices.
  • Training Delivery and Implementation:Manage the delivery of training programs,leveragingvarious methods such as in-person sessions, e-learning, webinars, and workshops.Collaborate with regional leaders and subject matter experts to ensure that training programs are culturally relevant and effectively implemented across global locations.
  • Performance Management and Metrics:Establishkey performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of training programs and their impact on employee performance and business outcomes.Analyze training data and feedback toidentifyareas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to enhance training initiatives.
  • Leadership and Team Development:Lead and mentor a global team of training professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.Provide coaching and support to ensure the professional growth and development of team members.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with HR, Talent Management, and other key departments to align training and education efforts with broader organizational goals.Partner with leadership toidentifytraining needs, develop solutions, and drive initiatives that support strategic priorities.
  • Continuous Improvement and Innovation:Stay current with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in training and education.Introduce new methodologies and tools to enhance the learning experience and improve the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Budget and Resource Management:Manage the global training budget, ensuring that resources areallocatedeffectively to support training initiatives.Optimizethe use of external vendors, tools, and technologies to deliver high-quality training within budget constraints.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Biochemistry, Food Science, Health Sciences, or a related fieldrequired.
  • Advanced degree and/or professional certifications preferred, including MS in Nutrition, Clinical Nutrition, orFunctionalMedicine;RegisteredDietitian (RD/RDN); Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS); Naturopathic Doctor (ND); Certified Dietary Supplement Professional (CDSP); Certified Clinical Nutritionist (CCN); or Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition (BCHN).
  • Ability to teach,speakand train publicly to a live audience with the ability to adapt to different audience styles.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.Ability towritereports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and thepublic.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructionsfurnishedin written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Physical Requirements

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employeeis occasionally required tostand,walk,sit,use hands totouch, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear; and taste or smell.
  • Light physical demands-- must exert up to 40 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of forcefrequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include near and far acuity, depth perception, accommodation, colorvisionand field of vision.

Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 annually.

This position is also eligible for annual incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, qualifications, location, and internal equity.
