Job Title: Remote Senior BIM Coordinator

Location: Remote (Candidates must live within 60 miles of the hub)

Compensation: $35 – $40 / Hour

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with Revit and AutoCAD
  • Experience supporting construction, engineering, manufacturing, or facilities projects
  • Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, CAD, or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), LOD requirements, and standardized BIM/CAD practices
  • Experience working with deliverables from external consultants or contractors
  • Knowledge of BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / Forma
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a structured, standards-driven environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Dynamo, PyRevit, or scripting/automation

Our client is a long-established organization in the technology and construction space, focusing on new builds, renovations, and site acquisitions. The Revit team supports construction initiatives only, with no design or manufacturing operations work required.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit and validate BIM and CAD deliverables from external teams
  • Upgrade and standardize project models and drawings to align with company standards
  • Integrate discipline-specific content into centralized Master Models
  • Troubleshoot BIM/CAD issues and document solutions for internal use
  • Maintain and update centralized model and drawing libraries
  • Fulfill drawing and model requests from internal stakeholders
  • Analyze legacy CAD files to map older standards to current practices
  • Track project status, metrics, and KPIs
  • Participate in coordination, progress, and status meetings
  • Contribute to templates, workflows, and documentation improvements
  • Coach and peer review work from junior staff or new hires as needed
