In this role, you will:

• Conduct telehealth sessions with clients, providing professional mental health counseling to address various psychological issues.
• Use our telehealth platform to maintain detailed client records while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with our billing support team to streamline the client intake and billing processes, allowing you to focus solely on client care.
• Participate in ongoing training and development workshops to stay updated on the latest therapeutic practices and technologies.
• Engage in regular supervision and consultation sessions to enhance personal and clinical skills.
• Promote mental health education and awareness in client interactions, fostering a supportive environment for therapeutic growth.

You will work with a diverse client population across California, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds and those experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship problems, and other mental health challenges. Your role will be crucial in helping clients establish coping mechanisms and strategies that lead to improved mental health outcomes, thereby contributing significantly to their overall quality of life.

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Active licensure in California as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients and team members.
• A designated private space for conducting therapy sessions while adhering to confidentiality protocols.
• A self-driven individual who is comfortable working independently in a remote setting.

While not mandatory, experience in managing a personal caseload and previous work in a remote counseling setting are advantageous. Additionally, candidates with dual or multi-state certifications will be given preference, enhancing the breadth of services we can offer to our clients.

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 120,000 to 140,000, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
