• Conduct weekly synchronous video therapy sessions with adults experiencing emotional disturbances, using evidence-based treatment protocols.

• Collaborate with psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care for members.

• Monitor client progress through self-assessments and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on functional improvement metrics.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation via a user-friendly counselor portal to streamline communication and reporting.

• Leverage support from the Therapy Leadership Team, accessing guidance and consultation when required.

As an LPC at Brightside Health, you will primarily work with adults experiencing a diverse array of emotional and psychological challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, and crisis situations. Our approach places emphasis on personalized and solution-focused therapy, ensuring that each member feels heard and supported in their journey toward recovery.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• At least two years of relevant clinical experience.

While not required, candidates with experience in telehealth settings and those trained in specialized therapeutic techniques such as Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicide (CAMS) will be highly valued. Familiarity with Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and a commitment to culturally responsive care will be advantageous.

Brightside Health offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and licensure. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
