Integreon Managed Solutions, Inc Job Title: Analyst L2 Job Location: US - Remote Key Objective: The role will be responsible for analyzing legal billing requests from client’s law firms, communicating with legal and business stakeholders to gather required information, and navigating and managing requests within the client’s legal billing tool. Specific Duties - Assist with budget matters and optimizing workflows within the legal department. - Create and Manage workflows and matters within clients legal billing tool - Develop and administer processes to manage outside counsel usage and spend and compliance with outside counsel guidelines. - Manage administrative aspects of outside counsel and vendor relationships and provide ongoing support for the department in its management of outside counsel relationships. - Manage the day-to-day administration of legal expenses, to include the invoicing process with Accounts Payable, and work with Finance to analyze legal expenses. - Prepare ad hoc reports upon request of business and legal clients. - Work and track requests within multiple tools such as the client’s legal billing tool, MS 360 - Create reports and dashboard for reporting on different billing parameters - Regularly communicate with Integreon team members via various tools to ensure requests are processed in a timely manner and with the utmost quality. - Answer and/or redirect questions from legal and business stakeholders about all services Integreon and the client provide, which requires an understanding of multiple different service lines. Personal Success Characteristics: - Must be able to multitask, organize, plan, and prioritize work and activities, as well as monitor production, processes, and related materials. - Must be detail-oriented, able to quickly and accurately process and analyze information, and be able to make appropriate decisions and solve problems. - Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written with internal and external persons and maintain effective interpersonal relationships. - Must be able to work in a team environment and be comfortable with peer review. - Must be able to effectively use computers and various software such as legal billing tools and the Microsoft Office Suite of products. - Legal billing experience preferred. - Knowledge on financial products and tools preferred. Employee Status: Non Exempt Contract Duration: 6 months Education: Bachelor’s degree Paralegal Certification is preferred, but not required. Reports To: Project Manager
