• Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, groups, families, and couples.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and psychodynamic therapy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive and cohesive care to clients.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, such as workshops and training programs, to stay abreast of current mental health research and practices.

The clients you will serve include men and families experiencing various mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance misuse. Many of these individuals have limited access to care due to financial, social, or logistical barriers. Your role will be pivotal in providing these clients with the guidance and support they need to achieve mental well-being.

• Completion of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license within the state of Colorado.
• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and telehealth technology to facilitate client interactions and documentation.
• Strong understanding of mental health legal and ethical standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
• A proven capability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance use disorders, or trauma counseling is highly regarded.
• Demonstrated ability to apply various therapeutic methodologies tailored to meet specific client needs.

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, contingent upon experience and caseload availability.
