Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
  • Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, groups, families, and couples.
  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and psychodynamic therapy.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive and cohesive care to clients.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development activities, such as workshops and training programs, to stay abreast of current mental health research and practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will serve include men and families experiencing various mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance misuse. Qualifications
  • Completion of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • Possession of an active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license within the state of Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, contingent upon experience and caseload availability.
