• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to identify needs and develop tailored Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).
• Participate actively in the creation and implementation of IFSPs, adapting strategies based on the developmental status and family priorities.
• Monitor outcomes, documenting progress and making necessary adjustments as a collaborative team member.
• Provide ongoing support to families, advising on methods and strategies that enhance child development across various domains, including physical, cognitive, and emotional.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and the Natural Learning Environment Practices to promote optimal learning and growth.
• Foster strong rapport with children and families to create a supportive and open environment that encourages progress.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, thereby upholding the highest standards of care and safety for all involved.
• Attend team meetings to liaise with colleagues and share insights on family dynamics and child progress, ensuring coordinated care.

This position focuses particularly on children between the ages of birth to three years, who may be experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. The LCSW will play a vital role in helping families navigate resources, interventions, and support systems directed toward the child's developmental journey, ensuring that families feel empowered and informed.

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in accordance with state regulations.
• A valid driver's license is required to facilitate visits or transportation as needed.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with children and families from diverse backgrounds.
