Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced eSourcing / Source to Contract Analyst based in Atlanta to support North American procurement teams. This role requires strong hands-on experience with SAP Ariba and Coupa Sourcing Optimization (CSO), along with a solid understanding of the end-to-end Source to Contract (S2C) process. The Specialist will collaborate with procurement teams across North America and regional category teams to support, advise, and guide the preparation, execution, evaluation and awarding of e-sourcing events (RFIs, RFPs, and e Auctions). This role also supports contract management best practices and is responsible for managing sourcing pipelines and monthly performance metrics using Tableau and QuickBase, ensuring compliance, data accuracy, and sourcing excellence. A strong understanding of emerging AI capabilities and their application within procurement is preferred, with the ability to identify opportunities to automate workflows and enhance user experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end e sourcing events (RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and e Auctions) from initiation through award recommendation using SAP Ariba and Coupa Sourcing Optimization (CSO).
  • Partner with U.S.-based category managers, buyers, and stakeholders to define sourcing strategies, event structures, and evaluation criteria.
  • Configure, launch, and manage sourcing events, including supplier invitations, document management, bid structures, and timelines.
  • Provide hands-on support to suppliers through sourcing events, resolving system or process issues to ensure successful participation.
  • Monitor live events, perform bid analysis and scenario modeling in CSO, and support optimal, compliant award decisions.
  • Support the Source-to-Contract transition, including contract award documentation and alignment with contract management best practices within the contract lifecycle management tool.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant sourcing and contract documentation in accordance with procurement policies and audit requirements.
  • Develop and standardize sourcing templates, best practices, and continuous process improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Manage sourcing and contracting pipelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with business priorities.
  • Prepare and distribute status updates, post-event summaries, and performance reports, leveraging reporting tools and dashboards (Tableau, QuickBase) as needed.
  • Train and support internal stakeholders and suppliers on e sourcing and contract management tools and processes.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP Ariba Sourcing and Coupa Sourcing Optimization (CSO).
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing, executing, and managing complex e sourcing events, including large-scale RFPs and dynamic e auctions.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end strategic sourcing processes, from project intake and supplier engagement through contract award.
  • Advanced analytical capabilities, including bid evaluation, scenario modeling, and development of clear, data-driven recommendations.
  • Proven project management and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent sourcing initiatives.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with U.S.-based stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Tableau.
  • Experience leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning–enabled tools to optimize business processes, improve data-driven decision-making, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based procurement organizations or Fortune 500 sourcing teams.
  • Solid understanding of common indirect and direct spend categories.
  • SAP Ariba and/or Coupa platform certifications preferred.
  • Experience with additional e-sourcing and contract management platforms (e.g., Ivalua, Jaggaer) is a plus.
  • Travel up to 25%
