Position: Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant

Location: Remote (But On-demand travel is needed to office when required)

Duration: Long term contract

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant to support enterprise Oracle Fusion HCM implementations and enhancements for a large-scale client engagement. The ideal candidate will possess extensive functional expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, collaborate with business stakeholders, and deliver scalable HR solutions that align with organizational objectives.

This is a remote position with occasional travel to an Infosys office located in the consultant's state or a nearby state based on project requirements.

Required Experience

  • 12+ years of overall Oracle HCM experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Functional experience.
  • Experience participating in at least 2–3 full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
  • Strong experience gathering business requirements and translating them into Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
  • Experience working directly with business users, HR teams, and technical teams.
