Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect – Customer Data & MarTech to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale customer data and marketing technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Customer Data Platforms (CDP), CRM, marketing automation, data integration, and cloud technologies. This role will partner with business, marketing, analytics, and engineering teams to build scalable, secure, and data-driven customer engagement platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design end-to-end architecture for Customer Data and MarTech solutions.
  • Lead the implementation and integration of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
  • Architect customer 360 solutions by integrating customer data across multiple channels and systems.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Design data pipelines and integration patterns using APIs, ETL/ELT, streaming, and event-driven architectures.
  • Define solution architecture, data models, security, governance, and integration standards.
  • Work closely with engineering teams throughout solution implementation.
  • Ensure scalability, performance, security, and compliance of MarTech platforms.
  • Support cloud migration and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Evaluate new technologies and provide architecture recommendations.
  • Mentor technical teams and participate in architecture reviews.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 10+ years of IT experience with at least 4–5 years as a Solution Architect.
  • Strong experience implementing Customer Data and MarTech solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Customer Data Platforms such as:
