This full-time position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility and balance between professional responsibilities and personal life. You will be part of a collaborative team that operates in an outpatient setting, facilitating virtual therapy sessions primarily during standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. This role offers an opportunity to utilize modern telehealth platforms effectively to connect with clients.

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions, using evidence-based practices to address the mental health needs of clients.
• Establish a trusting therapeutic relationship by providing a confidential and supportive space for clients to openly discuss their challenges.
• Collaborate with clients to set personalized therapeutic goals and routinely assess progress using established metrics.
• Stay updated on clinical best practices by developing and implementing customized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Document therapy sessions and treatment plans meticulously within our electronic health record system to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and contribute to a culture of learning and improvement.

Your primary focus will be working with diverse adult clients experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our clients value the remote nature of our services, as it allows them to seek help from the comfort of their own homes. You will play a crucial role in guiding them through their mental health journeys while respecting their unique backgrounds and experiences.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Current and unrestricted licensure to practice independently in Virginia as a LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• A minimum of two years of demonstrated experience in a clinical setting providing therapy and treatment planning.
• Exceptional virtual communication skills with a proven ability to build trust and rapport with clients in a digital environment.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records to streamline clinical operations.

• Experience working with a diverse client population, particularly in an outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and various therapeutic modalities.
• Experience in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques.
