As a licensed therapist, you will provide high-quality psychotherapy services to clients across the Gresham, Oregon area and beyond, all from the comfort of your home through our telehealth platform. This full-time position offers a salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, dependent on experience.

Key Responsibilities

As a Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions through telehealth to help clients develop coping strategies for their mental health challenges.
• Utilize evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to provide effective treatment tailored to individual client needs.
• Maintain clear and concise documentation of patient interactions and progress to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to align treatment goals and enhance patient outcomes.
• Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, best practices, and contribute to our collective knowledge base.
• Ensure confidentiality and ethical guidelines are upheld during all patient interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on adult clients facing a variety of mental health issues, ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship challenges. Each client presents unique needs, and your role will be to foster a supportive and healing environment that empowers them to achieve their personal goals and improve their emotional well-being.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A master’s degree from a regionally accredited institution in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• A valid and active license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) to practice therapy in Oregon.
• A minimum of two years of experience providing clinical psychotherapy services, particularly to adult populations.
• A proven ability in utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, especially Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Strong writing skills for accurate session documentation and treatment planning.
• A clear disciplinary record with no sanctions from licensing boards in any jurisdiction.

Preferred Experience

While the above qualifications are essential, we value additional experience that enhances our service delivery:

• Experience in working within a telehealth framework or online therapy setting.
• Specialized training or certifications in additional therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits

• A yearly salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
