Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate clients to diagnose mental health conditions, develop tailored treatment plans, and adjust strategies based on continuing assessments.
  • Maintain a consistent caseload of 25-30 clients per week, ensuring appropriate documentation and follow-up throughout the therapeutic process.
  • Deliver exemplary customer service by engaging with clients in an empathetic manner, addressing their unique needs and building rapport.
  • Utilize creative therapeutic interventions to help clients achieve and surpass their mental health goals, employing methods that reflect the latest best practices in therapy.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive documentation for each therapy session, adhering to regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.
  • Coordinate care with ancillary team members, including case managers and families, to optimize client support and address complex needs.
  • Participate in clinical staff meetings and ongoing training opportunities to continually enhance skills and contribute to team knowledge.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LMFT at Introspective Behavioral Health Clinic, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, families, and adolescents. Qualifications
