Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and creating detailed treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop effective pre-crisis and crisis plans, risk assessments, and behavior intervention strategies.
• Completing necessary clinical documentation in a timely fashion, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Utilizing evidence-based screening tools to identify client needs and guide treatment directions.
• Actively participating in all licensing and accreditation processes, while serving as the primary liaison between clients and community resources.
• Fostering open communication within the agency and with external partners to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.

• Continuing professional development through attending workshops and conferences relevant to mental health practice.
