• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs and concerns of each client.
• Deliver empathetic and evidence-based individual therapy sessions using various therapeutic modalities targeted towards promoting personal development and healing.
• Set realistic therapeutic goals with clients, monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide teletherapy services, ensuring that clients with accessibility challenges receive the care they need.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of therapy sessions, adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay updated with the latest therapeutic techniques and best practices in mental health care.

As a member of Oasis Care, you will work with a diverse population of clients facing a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress-related challenges. We pride ourselves on providing quality care to individuals across different ages and backgrounds, with a strong emphasis on building trust and rapport to facilitate effective therapeutic relationships.

• A valid state license as either an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW.
• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to connect with clients and understand their unique experiences.
• Exhibit a strong sense of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach towards clients and their struggles.
• Possess organizational and time-management skills to handle a diverse caseload effectively.

• Experience working in outpatient therapy settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems for managing client documentation.
• Previous work providing teletherapy services is a plus.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 based on your caseload and experience level. In addition to this, our benefits package includes:
