As a remote telehealth provider, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while delivering high-quality mental health services. • Conduct comprehensive assessments for new clients to evaluate mental health status and treatment needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based modalities aligned with clients' goals.
• Provide compassionate, one-on-one therapy sessions focusing on promoting emotional well-being and personal growth.
• Utilize teletherapy tools to facilitate virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for all clients.
• Monitor client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to align with their evolving needs.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of therapy sessions and adhere to ethical and professional standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with industry best practices.

Your primary focus will be on adult clients experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and trauma-related issues. You will create tailored strategies and interventions to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals, navigating their mental health journeys with confidence.

• A current and valid state license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW) is required.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
• A compassionate, non-judgmental attitude paired with a strong desire to support others in their healing process.
• Proficiency in organizational and time-management skills to ensure efficient handling of client cases.

• Experience with teletherapy platforms and familiarity with remote counseling best practices.
• A demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and foster long-term therapeutic relationships.
• Knowledge of diverse mental health treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices.
