Position Overview

Life Edge Behavioral Health Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Therapists, specifically Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors (LCPC), and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the unique needs of each client and develop tailored treatment plans that promote mental and emotional well-being.
• Implement evidence-based therapy methodologies, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques, to facilitate client growth.
• Regularly establish therapeutic goals with clients and closely monitor their progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
• Provide teletherapy options to accommodate clients who may face access issues or prefer virtual sessions.
• Maintain precise documentation in accordance with ethical guidelines and local/state regulations, ensuring confidentiality and compliance in all client interactions.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, including training sessions and peer consultations, to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on the latest therapeutic practices.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state license as LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW.
• Required educational background includes a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, complemented by a compassionate and empathetic approach to therapy.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a dynamic work setting.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a remote counseling role and familiarity with telehealth platforms is advantageous.
• Background in evidence-based treatment modalities, especially CBT and trauma-informed care, is highly desirable.
• Experience working within community health frameworks or clinics is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role ranges between USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer:
