• Conduct in-depth assessments to understand clients' individualized mental health needs and collaboratively create tailored treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities appropriate for varied client needs.
• Facilitate therapeutic goal-setting sessions, ensuring consistent monitoring and adjustment of treatment plans to optimize client progress.
• Leverage teletherapy tools to offer remote counseling sessions for clients facing geographical or mobility challenges, ensuring accessibility to quality mental health care.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of client interactions, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards to safeguard client confidentiality.
• Actively participate in professional development opportunities, including workshops and training sessions, to stay current with emerging best practices in the mental health field.

You will work primarily with adults and adolescents presenting a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship issues. Your expertise will empower clients to navigate their challenges and foster resilience, guiding them toward achieving their therapeutic goals.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of a trusting therapeutic alliance with clients.
• A compassionate, non-judgmental approach to client care, facilitating a safe space for clients to express their challenges.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a therapist role, with demonstrated proficiency in providing individual therapy.
• Experience with different treatment modalities and familiarity with teletherapy best practices.
• A track record of maintaining ethical standards and a commitment to client confidentiality.
