Sagent Behavioral Health is seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Community Relations Liaison to grow referral partnerships and expand our presence throughout Wisconsin and Missouri. This role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, county agencies, schools, tribal communities, and other community organizations.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a community-facing role, excels at building professional relationships, and is driven to achieve measurable growth while serving as a trusted representative of Sagent Behavioral Health.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain referral relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, county agencies, schools, and community organizations.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to increase awareness of Sagent Behavioral Health services and drive referrals.
  • Partner with clinic leaders and staff to support service line growth and address local referral needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, messaging, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Gather market and community insights to support growth strategies and identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Represent Sagent Behavioral Health through presentations, networking events, conferences, and community meetings.
  • Educate referral partners on available services and maintain ongoing communication regarding program updates and resources.
  • Document outreach activities, referral partner engagement, and contact information within the CRM system.
  • Maintain a professional presence on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms to support relationship-building efforts.
  • Travel regularly throughout the assigned territory to foster partnerships, support business development activities, and strengthen community presence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a human services, outreach, marketing, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in community outreach, business development, marketing, relationship management, or referral development.
  • Travel 4-5 days throughout the assigned territory with occasional overnight travel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage new contacts and effectively promote services.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with referral partners, providers, and community organizations.
  • Skilled in addressing concerns and resolving challenges in a professional, relationship-centered manner.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using or learning CRM systems; HubSpot experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory, and capability to meet the physical demands of community-based work.

Compensation: This is an exempt position. Total earnings for this position will range from $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 annually.
