• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices that address clients’ mental health needs.
• Utilize our cloud-based Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to maintain accurate and compliant patient records, ensuring adherence to insurance guidelines including Medicaid and Medicare.
• Work collaboratively with our clinical team to develop and implement detailed treatment plans tailored to each client's unique case.
• Integrate therapeutic techniques that focus on symptom management for mental health disorders, trauma, and dual diagnosis.
• Participate in regular supervisions and team meetings to enhance clinical skills and provide mutual support among peers.
• Manage your own caseload effectively, ensuring timely follow-up sessions and adaptable treatment modalities based on client progress.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Virginia is mandatory.

• Compensation ranges between USD 90,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with education and experience.
