Location: Kentucky
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position Type: Full-Time
Pay: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide remote behavioral health care to clients throughout Kentucky. This position gives you the opportunity to work directly with clients in a virtual setting while maintaining a clear, structured approach to therapy.

The LCSW in this role will assess client needs, provide ongoing counseling, help clients manage emotional and behavioral concerns, and maintain accurate clinical records. The work requires patience, professionalism, and the ability to help clients feel understood while still keeping treatment focused and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Provide remote counseling services through a secure telehealth system
  • Evaluate client concerns during intake and follow-up sessions
  • Gather clinical information and determine appropriate treatment focus
  • Create care plans that support each client's mental health goals
  • Work with clients on stress management, emotional regulation, relationship concerns, trauma recovery, and other behavioral health needs
  • Review progress and modify clinical goals when appropriate
  • Prepare clear session notes and required documentation
  • Protect client privacy and follow all legal and ethical requirements
  • Respond appropriately to risk issues, crisis concerns, or required reporting situations
  • Participate in team communication related to client care when needed

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
  • Active Kentucky LCSW license in good standing
  • Experience providing therapy, counseling, or behavioral health services
  • Comfortable working with clients through video-based care
  • Strong assessment, documentation, and treatment planning skills
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and ethical telehealth practices
  • Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for client sessions
