• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health during initial consultations to formulate appropriate treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with clients to set realistic therapeutic goals and monitor their progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Utilize teletherapy technology and platforms to ensure clients can access services conveniently, accommodating those who face accessibility challenges.
• Diligently document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Our therapists support a diverse range of clients who may be facing challenges including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief—especially within our unique hospice setting. You will have the opportunity to work closely with individuals at different stages of their healthcare journeys, providing compassionate support and therapeutic interventions tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Must possess a current, valid state license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop a therapeutic alliance with clients.
• An empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgmental attitude toward clients seeking support.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle an active caseload effectively.

• Experience in hospice care or end-of-life counseling is a plus, providing specific insight into the nuanced demands of this patient population.
• Familiarity with telehealth systems and online therapy modalities to enhance accessibility for clients.
• Prior experience in a private practice setting, equipping you with an understanding of client-focused care in a personalized environment.
