• Perform thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients’ mental health needs, establishing individualized treatment plans based on best practice standards.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Demonstration of empathy, compassion, and an understanding of diverse client experiences is essential for success in this role.
