• Provide individualized therapeutic treatment utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) techniques in various modalities, including individual, group, and family settings.
• Create comprehensive treatment plans based on assessment results and patient histories, monitoring progress through outcome assessments and psycho-social documentation.
• Engage in weekly supervision sessions with the clinical director or lead therapist to enhance your clinical skills and receive guidance.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of mental health services in accordance with local and federal regulations, ensuring compliance with state payor expectations.
• Participate actively in our various outpatient programs focused on depression recovery, anxiety disorders, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD).

This role primarily caters to child and adolescent clients along with their families, addressing a range of mental health concerns. As a therapist, you may also have opportunities to cross-train and work with adult populations, broadening your impact and addressing mental health needs at various life stages. Our diverse patient population requires adaptable approaches and culturally competent care to ensure effective therapeutic relationships and improved outcomes.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Psychology) is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.
• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, ideally in a clinical setting, is necessary.
• Demonstrated understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse treatment, or trauma-informed care is highly preferred.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy modalities.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment frameworks and outcome measurement tools.

The salary range for this position is competitive, falling between USD 80,000 and 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
