The LCSW will undertake a range of responsibilities including:

• Providing direct clinical services to clients through telehealth consultations and community engagements, ensuring individualized attention and assessment of mental health needs.
• Establishing effective therapeutic relationships that promote trust and collaboration with clients and their families.
• Conducting evidence-based assessments to develop integrated care plans that align with clients’ goals for rehabilitation and empowerment.

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work; a Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) and a valid LCSW certification is essential.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
