Job description

Momentum Behavior Services is practitioner-built and led by people who understand ABA because they’ve done the work. We’re locally rooted, clinically focused, and serious about doing things the right way: with ethics, compliance, and quality care guiding how we grow.

You won’t feel like a number here. You’ll have leaders who understand the realities of being a BCBA, systems that help you stay organized, and a team that knows your name and trusts your clinical judgment.

This full-time, remote BCBA role is based out of MN, with hours Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. You’ll support a caseload of approximately 8–10 clients, build meaningful relationships with families and staff, and help drive progress you can actually see.
Why You’ll Love Working at Momentum

Less burnout. More support.
You’ll work with a team that understands the demands of ABA and shows up for each other.

Collaboration that actually helps.
Expect teamwork, shared problem-solving, and leaders who understand what BCBAs do every day.

Your expertise is respected.
You’ll have the space to lead clinically, make data-driven decisions, and guide meaningful client outcomes.

Work that makes an impact.
From new skills learned to confidence built and independence gained, your work will directly support clients and families in real life.

Schedule & Compensation

Hours: Full-time
Setting: Online, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM with quarterly travel to MN required
Salary: $81,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
Additional Pay: Monthly BCBA bonus incentive and full benefits package including:

  • Medical insurance

  • Dental insurance

  • Vision insurance

  • Life insurance

  • Voluntary short-term disability, long-term disability, and additional life insurance

  • Paid time off

  • Paid holidays, including 2 floating holidays

  • Professional development assistance

  • Referral program

If you’re looking for a BCBA role where ethics matter, your clinical voice is heard, and your work has a real impact, Momentum Behavior Services could be the right place for you.

Apply today to join a practitioner-led team that values quality care, strong support, and doing the work the right way.

ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Do
As a BCBA, you will:
  • Own clinical outcomes for your assigned caseload
  • Monitor client progress, goal mastery, and discharge planning
  • Ensure authorized hours are used effectively
  • Conduct assessments, including FBAs, functional analyses when appropriate, and skills assessments such as VB-MAPP and ABLLS-R
  • Develop individualized, function-based Behavior Intervention Plans
  • Ensure programming meets medical necessity and payer requirements
  • Provide oversight for high-acuity cases and crisis situations
  • Review data and adjust interventions as needed
  • Make real-time clinical decisions during sessions
  • Supervise and coach RBTs and BTs according to BACB requirements
  • Model clinical skills and provide in-the-moment feedback
  • Support treatment fidelity, accurate data collection, and proper prompting and reinforcement strategies
  • Maintain audit-ready clinical records
  • Communicate regularly with caregivers and provide training and updates
Required SkillsWhat We’re Looking For
  • Active BCBA certification through the BACB
  • State licensure, if applicable
  • 2–3 years of ABA experience
  • Experience with high-acuity behaviors and complex cases
  • Strong supervision, coaching, and staff development skills
  • A collaborative, hands-on approach to clinical leadership

At Momentum Behavior Services, we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all team members. We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
