• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health, encompassing history-taking and diagnostic evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain precise and confidential clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.
• Engage in regular interdisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on holistic treatment strategies, enhancing client care.
• Provide psychoeducation to clients and families, equipping them with knowledge and skills to support their mental health journeys.
• Keep abreast of the latest research and treatment trends in mental health, integrating new insights into your practice.

Our outpatient practice caters to a diverse range of clients, including but not limited to, individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. You will work with adults and adolescents, adapting therapeutic approaches to meet the individual needs based on their experiences and challenges. Your role will be essential in promoting recovery and resilience in this vulnerable population.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from a recognized and accredited institution.
• Valid LICSW license to practice in Massachusetts.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, showcasing your ability to work effectively with diverse client needs.
