This position is set within a remote work framework that offers the flexibility to engage with clients from the comfort of your own space. Regular office hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend hours required as appointments dictate. An emphasis on minimal paperwork allows you to concentrate on delivering impactful therapy.

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate client needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Implement and modify therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities to assist clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Maintain detailed and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring accurate documentation of client progress and treatment efficacy.

• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Participate in case consultations and peer review sessions, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

• Provide education and resources to clients and their families, empowering them with knowledge about mental health conditions and available community support systems.

• Stay informed about the latest developments and research in mental health to continually enhance therapeutic techniques and practices.

The therapist will primarily work with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, and depression, providing critical support to a wide range of clients from various backgrounds and life experiences. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

• Demonstrated expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy, with a commitment to tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at establishing strong therapeutic bonds with clients.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling effective navigation of complex client situations and therapeutic challenges.

• Experience in a community health setting or outpatient therapy practice is advantageous.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure efficient documentation and follow-up on client care.

• Prior involvement in case management or interdisciplinary team collaboration would enhance your application.
