This position is fully remote, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life effectively. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and intake interviews, utilizing evidence-based practices to formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs.
  • Implement therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), customizing interventions based on the complexities of each case.
  • Maintain precise and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and relevant guidelines, to ensure client privacy and care quality.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health professionals, to coordinate care and share insights that enhance service delivery.
  • Participate actively in case consultations and peer review meetings, fostering a culture of continuous improvement in therapeutic techniques and strategies.
  • Provide education and resources to clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community services, aiming to empower them through knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
  • A valid, active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Illinois.
