Our remote work setting allows you to engage with clients from the comfort of your home, thereby promoting a healthy work-life balance. As a member of our telehealth team, you will enjoy flexibility in your work schedule with typical operating hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM. While this schedule is generally fixed, some adjustments may be necessary to accommodate the availability and needs of your clients.

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to gather comprehensive client histories and determine their mental health status, employing evidence-based practices to formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and adjust therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring these methods align with the client's unique needs and treatment goals.
• Maintain precise and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, contributing to a safe and compliant clinical environment.
• Collaborate actively with a diverse treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health professionals, to share insights and enhance the continuity of care for clients.
• Engage in regular peer consultations and case review meetings, helping to elevate the standards of care and share best practices for therapeutic techniques.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions regarding their care.
• Stay abreast of advancements in mental health research and methodologies, incorporating the latest knowledge into your practice to ensure the highest quality of care.

The individuals you will serve may experience a variety of mental health issues, from acute crises to chronic conditions. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and age groups, requiring a compassionate and adaptive approach to care. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Illinois.
• Proficient in utilizing solution-focused and evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to individual client needs.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities to foster trust and rapport with clients.
• Ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective treatment strategies through critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working in a telehealth setting, particularly in delivering remote psychotherapy services.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to document client interactions efficiently.
