This role is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility while working with clients in various locations. You will be part of a skilled team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, fostering collaborative support. • Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that align with best practices and the specific needs of each patient.
• Implement diverse therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all documentation is timely and precise.
• Engage in regular consultation with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure cohesive care and maximize patient outcomes.
• Lead educational sessions for clients and their families to discuss mental health challenges, treatment options, and community resources that may aid recovery.
• Stay current with the latest research and developments in psychotherapy, integrating these insights into your clinical practice to enhance the effectiveness of treatment.
• Manage a full caseload of patients, setting measurable treatment goals and monitoring progress towards these goals.
• Uphold ethical standards and professional guidelines as outlined by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and other governing bodies.

The primary patient population you will work with includes individuals at various stages of detoxification who are dealing with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. Your role will require a sensitive approach, focusing on creating a safe and supportive atmosphere for patients navigating their recovery journey. You will help clients recognize their strengths and develop essential coping strategies necessary for long-term success.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois.
• A minimum of three years of experience in a clinical setting with an emphasis on psychotherapy services.
• Proven knowledge of solution-focused therapy and therapeutic interventions such as CBT and DBT.
• Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust with clients and team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in clinical settings.
• A commitment to working collaboratively in a team environment, sharing insights and strategies to improve patient care.

• Previous experience working in a detox or addiction treatment center.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles and practices.
• Experience providing crisis intervention services.
• Knowledge of community resources available to individuals in recovery.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
