  • Serve as a Digital Beauty Advisor by engaging with consumers across social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and X/Twitter.

  • Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and complaints while maintaining established response time and quality standards.

  • Monitor social conversations, trends, and consumer feedback to provide insights and recommendations to internal brand and care teams.

  • Escalate critical customer issues and assist with problem-solving to ensure a positive customer experience.

  • Accurately document interactions, product feedback, and consumer insights in CRM and social engagement platforms (e.g., Sprinklr).

Candidates for Customer Service Representative must meet the following requirements to be considered: 

  • 1-2 years of social media engagement, community management, or digital customer service experience.

  • Strong knowledge of major social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and X/Twitter.
