Work Environment

This role offers a flexible remote work setting, allowing you to manage your time while engaging meaningfully with clients through our telehealth platform. Here at Beautiful Minds, we understand the importance of work-life balance and provide our clinicians the opportunity to create and manage their own schedule, offering sessions ranging from 10 to 40 hours weekly based on individual preferences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, developing tailored treatment plans that effectively address their unique needs.
  • Engage in clinical interventions grounded in graduate-level training, delivering therapies including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support client objectives.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and updates on client progress during regular meetings, such as patient rounds.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in managing the physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety needs of clients across diverse populations.
  • Provide thorough case management, coordinating care with hospital and community professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client wellness.
  • Accurately complete documentation in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with departmental standards and facilitating effective treatment delivery.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base comprises a diverse array of individuals and families from various backgrounds, each facing unique challenges and requiring tailored therapeutic support. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with clients managing anxiety, depression, trauma, and a range of other mental health issues, providing you with a fulfilling and varied caseload.

Qualifications
  • Active licensure in the state of Nevada as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • A master’s or doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating a solid understanding of therapeutic practices.
  • A strong commitment to ethical practice and professional development.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with additional certifications in specific therapeutic modalities or extensive experience with specialized client populations will be highly regarded. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is preferred to facilitate efficient documentation and patient management.

Compensation and Benefits

Beautiful Minds Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
