As a manager of a Scaled Agile software development team, you will lead and drive execution across agile teams consisting of Systems Engineers, Software Developers, and Testers to ensure successful sprint and release delivery. You will collaborate across teams to resolve dependencies, remove blockers, and maintain alignment across a complex modernization environment.
This role offers the opportunity to lead high-performing engineering teams while influencing technical strategy, program execution, and delivery outcomes across a large-scale modernization initiative. Teams are helping transition legacy systems to modern, cloud-enabled architectures utilizing Agile, DevSecOps, automation, and scalable engineering practices to deliver the future of aviation services.
