Looking for a flexible remote BCBA position that fits around after school hours while allowing you to focus on high quality clinical care?

One Step Forward is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with an active New York LBA to join our growing clinical team. This remote, part time position primarily supports after school ABA services and offers flexible weekday afternoon and evening hours. You'll collaborate with experienced clinicians while providing meaningful clinical oversight to children and families throughout White Plains, Westchester County, Rockland County, and surrounding New York communities.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide clinical supervision and oversight of ABA therapy services

  • Develop, review, and update individualized treatment plans

  • Analyze treatment data and make clinical recommendations based on client progress

  • Conduct reassessments and treatment plan updates
