  • Review documentation, treatment plans, and clinical practices to ensure alignment with BACB standards, payer requirements, and best practices

  • Support quality improvement initiatives that enhance client outcomes and clinician success

  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, interdisciplinary providers, and leadership teams

  • Assist with clinician development, performance coaching, and ongoing training initiatives

  • Participate in leadership meetings and organizational initiatives that support company growth

Qualifications

Required:

  • Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing

  • 4–6 years of ABA experience

  • At least 2 years of experience supervising clinicians

  • Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

  • Passion for ethical, compassionate, and individualized ABA services

Preferred:

  • Preference given to candidates located in Virginia

  • State licensure (LBA) where applicable

  • Experience supervising and mentoring BCBAs

  • Experience with Central Reach or similar clinical platforms

  • Experience with quality improvement initiatives

  • Experience implementing assent-based ABA practices

Why Advanceable ABA?

As an Assistant Clinical Director, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Make a meaningful impact beyond your own caseload

  • Mentor and support the next generation of ABA professionals

  • Influence clinical practices and organizational growth

  • Work alongside a collaborative leadership team

  • Continue developing your own leadership skills

Benefits

  • $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

  • Remote work environment with flexibility

  • Clinical leadership support and collaboration

  • Professional development opportunities and CEUs

  • Leadership growth opportunities

  • Administrative and operational support

  • Paid Time Off (eligible employees)

  • Paid Holidays (eligible employees)

  • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance (eligible employees)
