Union Benefits Manager
Position Summary:
AO Globe Life is seeking motivated individuals for a remote Union Benefits Manager opportunity. This role focuses on helping union members, associations, and working families better understand their supplemental benefit options through virtual appointments.
This position is ideal for someone who is professional, coachable, organized, and interested in long-term growth. You will work remotely with clients, receive ongoing training, and have the opportunity to grow into leadership based on performance.

Position Duties:
• Meet virtually with union members and working families
• Review supplemental benefit options with clients
• Answer questions and provide professional support
• Build strong client relationships through follow-up and communication
• Manage scheduled appointments and client interactions
• Participate in virtual training, coaching, and team meetings
• Develop leadership and communication skills over time
• Maintain professionalism while working in a remote environment
