• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients’ mental health status and specific needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique goals and circumstances.
• Provide individual therapy sessions to adult clients using evidence-based practices and solution-focused therapy techniques.
• Engage in teletherapy, delivering virtual therapy sessions that meet the highest standards of client care.
• Offer crisis intervention services as needed, demonstrating compassion and professionalism in urgent situations.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training, staying current with mental health best practices and industry advancements.

Our client base consists primarily of adults experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship issues. We pride ourselves on our client-centric approach, allowing you to select therapeutic modalities that resonate with both you and your clients.

• A valid and current license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong therapeutic alliances with clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities to effectively manage your caseload and documentation.

• Experience providing teletherapy or virtual counseling services.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapy approaches and clinical best practices.
• Experience in crisis intervention techniques and strategies.
• Background working with diverse client populations and understanding of cultural competence in therapy.
