This position is set within a remote outpatient counseling structure, allowing our Licensed Professional Counselors to reach a diverse client base in various locations. • Conduct initial intake assessments and complete thorough evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances and goals.
• Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, focusing on building therapeutic bonds and secure environments for healing.
• Utilize an array of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting interventions to client-specific situations.
• Engage in active collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring comprehensive care for clients.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation to comply with ethical standards and legal regulations, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems to streamline records management.
