This full-time role involves providing vital mental health services to individuals, particularly within a Hospice Center, where emotional well-being is essential to the care of our patients and their families. You will employ evidence-based practices such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients navigate their mental health challenges and work towards their therapeutic goals.

About the Organization

At Impact Centers Care Solutions, we pride ourselves on being a technology-driven healthcare company committed to delivering high-quality, science-backed mental health care with a personal touch. Our collaborative approach integrates advanced digital tools and telehealth solutions, allowing our counselors to provide flexible and personalized care. Our mission is to reach individuals who may be at an elevated risk of mental health issues, including those receiving hospice care, and to support their journey toward resilience and recovery.

Work Environment

This role is fully remote, offering you the flexibility to create your own schedule while primarily engaging with clients through live video sessions from the comfort of your home. You will join a supportive team that fosters collaboration, growth, and a commitment to clinical excellence. Our technology ensures seamless communication and care documentation, allowing you to focus on what matters most—your clients. Additionally, you will benefit from comprehensive operational support provided by our dedicated teams to help with IT, account management, and clinical coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide weekly evidence-based counseling sessions via video to individual adults, focusing on their unique mental health needs.
  • Collaborate with fellow counselors and other psychiatric providers to create and implement comprehensive treatment plans that ensure holistic care.
  • Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and progress monitoring tools to track client improvements and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Engage in weekly live drop-in consultations with leadership for ongoing support and professional development.
  • Document client interactions and treatment plans efficiently using our integrated electronic medical record (EMR) system.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary clients will be adults, including individuals facing significant emotional challenges due to serious illness, loss, or other life stressors associated with the hospice care continuum. You will be responsible for addressing a diverse range of mental health disorders and conditions, employing culturally responsive practices to ensure all clients feel supported and understood.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) from an accredited institution is required.
  • Must possess a valid state license to practice independently as a Therapist, Counselor, or Psychologist.
  • Demonstrated experience working with adult populations and higher-risk individuals is essential.
Preferred Experience
  • At least 2 years of recent experience providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other evidence-based interventions to individual adults is highly preferred.
  • Experience in a hospice or palliative care setting is a plus.
  • Proven commitment to treating diverse populations and ability to deliver culturally competent care.
  • Strong comfort level with technology and digital solutions for healthcare delivery.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to USD 130,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance options tailored to your needs, a retirement plan with employer contributions, and generous paid time off to ensure work-life balance.

Career Growth Opportunities

Impact Centers Care Solutions is dedicated to fostering professional growth and development for our team members. As part of your role, you will have access to free monthly continuing education training (CEUs) and regular supervision sessions to enhance your clinical skills. We encourage career advancement within our organization, offering pathways to leadership roles or specialization as you grow in your career.

Why Join Our Team

By becoming a part of our team, you will make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals, couples, and families facing mental health challenges in a hospice setting. Our supportive and collaborative work environment ensures that you are never alone in your efforts to provide care, while our commitment to equity and inclusion invites diverse perspectives that enrich our organizational culture. We believe in the value of every team member’s contributions and provide the tools, training, and support necessary to help you succeed.
