Accurate Connection Counseling, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) to join our team in a fully remote capacity. • Conduct thorough psychological assessments, interpreting results to provide personalized feedback and vocational recommendations tailored to each client's comprehension level.
• Perform in-depth biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ needs for work assignments or appropriate referrals for further counseling services.
• Deliver culturally sensitive and comprehensive counseling services for mental health and substance use disorders, addressing individual and group needs through various therapeutic modalities.
• Collaborate closely with clients, case managers, and external providers to create and implement effective treatment plans, ensuring holistic and coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions, treatment progress, and administrative documentation in line with RAMS policies and clinical standards.
• Provide crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health situations, utilizing proven techniques and a calm demeanor.
• Engage in case conferences and team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and refine techniques with peer support.
• Participate in regular individual and group supervision, fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional development.
• Assess clients' work readiness and learning needs, utilizing psychological tests to inform treatment approaches and referrals.
• Complete other duties as assigned that align with the mission of Accurate Connection Counseling.

The primary patient population includes individuals experiencing major mental illnesses, such as Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Anxiety Disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and various co-occurring substance use disorders. You will work with clients of all ages, focusing on personalized therapeutic interventions to foster recovery and promote overall well-being.

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related discipline is mandatory.
• A current and valid Social Work License as mandated by state regulations (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW).
• Experience with diverse psychotherapy modalities and knowledge of various mental health disorders and diagnoses.
• Proficiency in leveraging technology for efficient therapy management and client engagement.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and effectiveness, even amidst interruptions.
• Demonstrated outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to foster strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
• A clean record without any history of medical malpractice claims, confirmed through a third-party verification.
• Eligibility to work in the United States is required.

• Prior experience working in a remote or telehealth environment is highly desirable, demonstrating adaptability to virtual therapy settings.
• Background in developing and executing treatment plans for clients with complex psychological needs.
• Familiarity with creating educational resources or workshops to enhance client understanding of mental health issues.

The salary range for this full-time position is competitive, between USD 52,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
